Berlin Brandenburg Airport was looking to innovate. They wanted to embrace an agentic AI solution to improve the quality of their 24/7 passenger hotline. Using the cutting-edge technology of Parloa, the airport was able to create BERRY - an AI agent that can handle a high volume of parallel calls (in four languages).
To top it off, they went from kickoff to go-live in just 6 weeks.
